Dr. Ines Pinto-Sanchez Receives JAC Campbell Award

Congratulations to Dr. Ines Pinto-Sanchez on receiving the JAC Campbell award, the most prestigious award from Celiac Canada, for a randomized controlled trial evaluating whether delaying introduction of oats has any benefit for celiac disease. This is a collaborative project initiated and led by Dr. Pinto-Sanchez, Director of the McMaster Adult Celiac Clinic, and investigations will be conducted in collaboration with Dr. Alberto Caminero and other experts in celiac disease and nutrition. McMaster researchers involved in this project are also supported by the Farncombe Institute Nutrition Initiative.
